Itinerary in details:
Day 01: Depart to Mashad , arrive Mashad, Meet and Transfer to Hotel, overnight Hotel
Arrive Mashad- normally intel flights arrive late evening or early mornings hotel is booked for late arruvals.
Day 02: Mashad
City tour includes a visit to the shrine and an excursion to Ferdowsi tomb, return to city, ON hotel
Day 03-Mashad-Shiraz Morning free on your ow, Transfer to the airport to fly to Shiraz, one hour flight to reach the city of roses, ON hotel
Day 04-Shiraz
Full day city tour of Shiraz to visit some of the famous gardens of this city of “roses and nightingales”, including the Eram Garden, the tomb of Iran’s greatest lyric poets, Hafez ; the pink tiled 19th-century Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque, the Arg-e-Karim Khan (18th-century citadel), the Madrassa Khan (Theological School), to have interaction with teachers and, the Vakil Bazaar of Shiraz (Bazaar is closed on Fridays), and the Holy Shrine of Shah-e-Cheragh ,overnight stay at hotel
Day 05 Shiraz -Perspolise-Naghshe Rostam-yazd
In the morning drive to Persepolis, 70 KMs away from the city, Persepolis is the last and ultimate expression of the ancient Middle East. Nearly 2500 years ago, construction for its magnificent structure was begun by Darius the Great with the intent to make it the focus of the mighty Achaemenian Empire. Our tour will also include the Naqsh-e-Rustam where hewn out of a cliff rest the tombs believed to be of Darius I and II, Artaxerxes and Xerxes I. continue to Yazd, ON
Day 06: Yazd
In the morning Start the tour of Yazd., walk in Old part of the city visit the magnificent Masjed-e Jameh, and Amir-Chakhmaq Mosques. We continue to the Zoroastrian Towers of Silence and O/N Hotel
Day 07. Yazd Naein Isfahan
Yazd/Esfahan (Drive 195miles / 316kms) After breakfast we depart on a beautiful drive to Esfahan via Naein. Esfahan was a vibrant trade center, and its glorious Islamic architecture and beautiful gardens captured the hearts of many with the saying: “Esfahan is half the World”. .O/N hotel
Day 08- Isfahan
Full day tour of the beautiful city of Isfahan, the 17th century capital of the Safavids, referred to as Nesf-e-Jahan (Half of the World) in Safavid sources, to visit the famous bridges of Shahrestan/Khajou/Sio-se-pol, the Armenian Quarter with several churches, including the important Cathedral of Vank; in the afternoon visit one of the world’s grandest squares, the Maidan-e-Naghsh-e-Jahan, with several sites (the Ali-Qapu Palace with its enchanting music rooms and balcony overlooking the Maidan, from where the Safavid Kings watched polo games, and two of Islamic world’s greatest mosques – the Sheikh Lotfollah and the Imam – with magnificent architecture and tilework), finishing with a visit to the Qeisarieh Bazaar with hundreds of shops displaying the arts and handicrafts for which Isfahan is world-famous (Bazaar is closed on Fridays); overnight stay at hotel.
Day 9. Isfahan-Kashan- Qom
after breaksfat we depart to Qom and will visit Kashan on the way,
visit Ameriha house or Tabatabaie Houses built as a private residence, now a charming museum with a lovely courtyard in Kashan Next, we visit Agha Bozorg Mosque famous for its lovely portals and minarets , continue to Qom reach to the airport and check in , ON
Day 10: Qom-Tehran
free on your own , Visit Jamkaran and after lunch proceed to Tehran, visit Shah Abdul Azim on the way, imam Khomeini Shrine , arrive to Hotel. ON
Day 11- Tehran
After breakfast visit Archeological museum, Golestan Palace (2 palaces), The busy Bazar and Tabiat Bridge in the afternoon, O/N
Day 12: departure
Transfer to the airport and fly back home.
