Day 1: Tehran Can be:

- Tehran grand bazaar
- Dizzy-Sara(lamb shank soup with yellow split beans & meat paste, Abgusht)
- Majoun Ali Baba (Iranian smoothi)
- Reza loghmeh (Iranian sandwich)
- Lambs Head &feet soup with the Tripe soup in a very popular shop (Kalleh pacheh, Sirab shirdun)
- Felafel shop
- Visit Gilar restaurant-specialist on northern foods
- Tajrish local Bazaar (Fresh fruit, vegetable & Herbs)
- Darband (backed beets, hot fava beans in the pod (Baghali), charcoal roasted corn on the cob (balal), plum paste rolls (Lavashak)
- Samanu New year (wheat- sprout pudding) in local shop
Day 2: Tehran – Shiraz
Fly Shiraz in the morning and do city tour and enjoy Cook and Feast
We spend the day visiting the sites today and enjoy the variety of Buffet in Haftkhan
Day 3: Shiraz full Day cooking Program
Cooking Class Workshop Place: Shiraz Duration: Morning till Afternoon Activity : Going to Market in the morning to visit traditional Bakerys,(Sangak and Barbari) visit Spice shops, to get to know their benefits and Nutrition Facts, shopping all ingredients for cooking along with the group in Class: To teach one traditional drink, appetizer, 05 main dishes, and one Dessert Number of attendants: Maximum 10 (we can have one or two more, but the ideal number is 10) The equipments: 2 Oven and Microwave, 2 Washing Sink, and all required utensils . Cooking place: in an Apartment Lunch: the prepared food will be served for lunch with Music and entertainment.
Day 4: Shiraz-Isfahan
An excursion to visit Naghshe Rostam and Perspolise and return to the city.
Day 5: Shiraz-Isfahan
Drive to Isfahan in the morning and Have Lunch in form of a Picnic on the road,

Day 6: Isfahan
Isfahani Dried Bread in Habbad workshop 15km susurb
Ash, Halim & adasi breakfast pottage in a very popular local shop

Traditional bakeries
Gaz (pistachio nogha) workshop
Rice Cream (Freni) in a very popular local shop
Firouze Sharbatsara (traditional restaurant & coffee shop in Armenian quarter)

Day 7: Isfahan
Poulaki &Nabat (crystal & caramelized sugar) workshop
Lamb Beriyani (Isfahan style) in a very popular local restaurant
Spice & herbs in traditional Qeysarieh Bazzar

Day 8: Isfahan
Full day city tour in Isfahan;
Evening visit Zurkhaneh.
Day 9: Isfahan – Qom – Tehran
